Payment
All payments must be made in advance of the courses provided.  Charges will be for the amount stated as in the course details or by agreement with Accord Training Ltd.

Payment can be made by BACS to HSBC Account Number 52395282 Sort Code 40-13-23 in the name of Accord Training Ltd

Alternatively payment can be made by cheque.  Please e-mail if this payment method is required.

Cancellation
Cancellation of any courses must be made in writing no later than 21 days prior to the course date.  Cancellations will incur a £35 administration fee.  Any cancellations made less than 21 days before the course will not be eligible for a refund.  Delegates should retain proof of sending of any written cancellations.

Accord Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel any courses.  In the unlikely event of this happening a full refund will be made.  Accord Training Ltd additionally reserves the right to change the timing, date or course venue if necessary. Again in the unlikely event of this occurring and a delegate is unable to attend the alternative course, a full refund will be provided.  Accord Training Ltd will not be held responsible for any events occurring beyond its control.
